>> Campaign Manager
The role takes on the responsibility of managing the execution, reporting and analysis of EDR's email campaigns. From the moment a campaign is signed off and has been passed across to be executed, you are in full control of managing the campaign, collecting results and providing the reports with analysis.
> Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce yourself to the clients at the start of each campaign and acquire the creative.
- Distribute the email creative and campaign elements to list owners, as per campaign plans provided by planning.
- Ensure data is chased and received in time for any de-duplication. Managing the de-duplication process and return of post de-dupe data.
- Manage the process of set-up and testing with both external list owners and TMN media. Interfacing with the appropriate traffickers.
- Tracking reporting timescales and requesting results for each campaign at the appropriate time/s.
- Compiling results into the required format and passing to the planning department at the agreed times.
- Maintaining records of the results of all email campaigns for future reference.
- Providing early warning to the planning department of any unexpected results or delivery rates.
- Identifying and presenting excessive bounce rates for reimbursement.
- Attending the weekly planning meeting to feedback campaign management issues and to provide insight into campaign and delivery performance where required.
> The Candidate:
- Technically proficient with knowledge of HTML.
- Very Organised.
- Good attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with both clients and media owners.
- Happy working in a fast paced and demanding environment working to tight deadlines.
> Accountabilities:
- Efficient set up and delivery of campaigns that is approved by clients within the agreed time frame.
- Complete reports on all campaigns.
